General Information
Proceedings in Green-Blue Economy and Innovation welcomes the submission of original and high-quality manuscripts that are relevant to the aims and scope of the proceedings. The publication seeks scholarly contributions addressing contemporary issues related to green economy, blue economy, innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, governance, and transformation, particularly in relation to Indonesia and other developing and emerging economies.
All manuscripts must be written in English and prepared in a clear, scholarly, and professional style suitable for an international academic audience.

Manuscripts with serious language problems may be returned for revision before entering the review process.
Citation and References
All in-text citations and reference lists must follow APA Style 7th Edition consistently. Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all references included in the manuscript.
Every source cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and all entries in the reference list must be cited appropriately in the manuscript.
Originality Requirement
Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere at the time of submission.
All submissions will be screened for originality as part of the editorial process. The proceedings does not accept manuscripts with a similarity or plagiarism score exceeding 20%. A similarity score below this threshold does not automatically guarantee acceptance, as the editorial team will also assess the nature and source of any overlap.

AI tools, chatbots, or automated systems must not be listed as authors under any circumstances. All named authors must be human individuals who satisfy the proceedings’ authorship requirements and who accept full responsibility for the content of the manuscript.
Editors and reviewers must not upload submitted manuscripts, review reports, decision letters, or any confidential editorial material into public or non-approved generative AI tools. All peer review assessments and editorial decisions must remain the responsibility of human reviewers and editors, consistent with COPE’s position on editorial independence and responsible editorial judgment.
Authorship Policy

Submitted manuscripts must be original, must not have been published previously in substantially the same form, and must not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
